LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, is an internationally recognized green building certification system. LEED provides building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building design, construction, operations and maintenance solutions.

Muraya has completed several LEED GOLD projects in recent years. Our Head office in Shanghai is LEED GOLD certified. We can offer energy audits and LEED assessments in each project phase, providing a framework that gives project teams the ability to choose and implement strategies for better environmental and work performance.

The safety of our Construction Team is a key value at Muraya. We believe that a safe and healthy work environment is necessary to be productive, so we provide safety training and equipment to ensure that our employees are able to perform their job safely. This is why Muraya has developed an industry-leading “18-Point Comprehensive Safety Management Plan” that we implement at every project site.

Muraya has also recently been awarded the Safe Site award from SIP for our onsite safety measures for our French Consulate Shanghai project.
